60-MINUTES CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training involves performing a series of different exercises one after the other in the form of a “circuit.” Each exercise is done for a set amount of time or a specific number of repetitions before moving on to the next one.

 

Circuit training is an efficient combination of strength training and fat burning.
Depending on how the exercises are performed, the training can primarily improve strength, endurance, flexibility, or speed.
