General Terms and Conditions (GTC) | as of January 1, 2024

REGISTRATION
Registration takes place via the online form on the website or by email.
Registration becomes binding upon receipt of the confirmation email.
Course fees must be paid within 10 days of receiving the invoice.

 

CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT

Course registrations are binding and cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

 

Booked sessions – such as personal trainings – must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled later will be fully charged.
If a participant does not show up to a scheduled session, the full fee will be charged unless the cancellation was made at least 24 hours in advance.

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION and  NO-SHOWS
Missed sessions cannot generally be made up.
There is no entitlement to a refund of course fees. It is at the sole discretion of the instructor whether a missed session can be made up, provided there is available space and the group size allows.
Last-minute cancellations due to illness, accident, or a death in the family are free of charge with appropriate documentation (e.g., a doctor's note)

 

LIABILITY & INSURANC

Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. We accept no liability.
Courses are intended for healthy participants. In the case of illness or physical limitations, a doctor must be consulted prior to participation.
The course instructor must be informed of any health conditions or physical limitations.

 

DATA PRIVACY

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the client, unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

 

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS:

1. Children’s Privacy: We are committed to respecting the privacy of children and their families. A child’s face will not be
   photographed or published without the explicit permission of their parent or legal guardian.

2. Opt-Out Option: If you or your child do not wish to be photographed, please inform the coach at the beginning of the session.
    We will ensure your wishes are respected.

3. Usage: Photos and videos are used exclusively for promotional purposes and will not be shared with third parties outside of
    our marketing channels.
