pregnancy & postnatal recovery (at home).

Stay energetic during pregnancy with gentle exercise!

Even if you're used to intense training, you can still exercise. Exercise has many positive effects on your physical and mental well-being.

We adapt the exercises to your body's changes and help you find the right balance between activity and rest. This way, you feel physically fit and mentally strengthened for the challenges ahead.

Do not forget:

A healthy pregnancy doesn't mean giving up exercise, but rather finding the right balance. Together, we'll focus on your health. You'll not only feel better physically, but also be mentally strengthened to face the challenges ahead with joy.

PELVIC FLOOR TRAINING - FITNESS - PREGNANCY - REHABILITATION

AT YOUR HOME or at Zugerstrasse 84 in CHAM

Would you like a personal trainer with private training? A customized rehabilitation program for your body? A strong core?

Get back to your everyday routine with targeted training methods! Together we'll strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and train your entire body to achieve your personal goals.

Maybe you've already exercised before or during your pregnancy and would like to get back into it as soon as possible? Are you a complete beginner? No problem!

You can start approximately 6-8 weeks after birth. Consultation with your midwife or gynecologist is important, as possible birth injuries or a cesarean section scar must always be taken into account.

FOLLOW-UP CHECK

2-3 MONTHS AFTER RECOVERY

Approximately two to three months after the completion of the recovery program, an individual follow-up check is recommended. Together, we'll assess how your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles have developed.

You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, gain confidence in your daily life, and gain new inspiration for your well-being. Based on this, further recommendations for training, daily life, and possible increases in exercise intensity can be provided.
